Pastor Steve & Carla Speer
Lead Pastor/Elder
Pastor Steve has been on staff since October 20, 1999. He has served as the Youth Pastor, Executive Pastor and is currently serving as Northlake's Lead Pastor. They both serve as Life Group Leaders
Pastor Ryan & Amanda Hoxsey
Family Pastor
Ryan has been on staff as the Family Pastor since December 7, 2020. Amanda is currently serving on the Worship Team.
Darren & Patti Trimble
Elder/ Office Assistant
Darren & Patti have been attending Northlake since 1992. Darren has been serving on the Elder Board since 2017 and Patti has been on staff since 1999.
Auston & Molly Sligh
Worship Lead
Molly & Auston both grew up at Northlake and Molly has been on staff as our Worship Leader since July 25, 2016. Auston is currently serving as a leader with our Young Adults Group.
Lois Casimes
Bookkeeper
Lois' twin girls grew up attending the Home School Co-Op that use to meet at Northlake. Lois has been on staff at Northlake since October 18, 2018.
DeVandis & Stephanie Smith
Video Director & ALT Member
DeVandis & Stephanie have been attending Northlake since 2017. DeVandis has been serving as our Video Director since 2018 but officially came on staff in August of 2020. Stephanie has been serving on the Administrative Leadership Team since April 2020 and leading our Prayer Chain since 2019.
Melissa Ryan
Family Ministry Assistant
Melissa grew up at Northlake and is very involved in the youth as well as serving on different ministry teams. Melissa has been on staff since July 2023.

Custodian
Chris & Deb have been attending Northlake since 2014. Chris has been on staff since January 9, 2021
Mark & Shonda Reinikka
Elder/Elder Secretary
Mark & Shonda have been attending Northlake since 1997. Mark has been serving on the Elder Board since 2019. Shonda has been serving as the Elder Secretary since 2017.
Ian & Sandy Sturm
Elder
Ian & Sandy have been attending Northlake since about 2000. Ian has been serving on the Elder board since 2013. They both serve as Life Group Leaders.

Robert & Linda have been attending Northlake since 2001. Robert has been serving on the ALT since 2010. Robert & Linda both serve as Life Group Leaders.
