BECOME A MENTOR
"One of the greatest values of mentors is the ability to see ahead what others cannot see and help them navigate a course to their destination." John C Maxwell
Northlake’s Hands of HOPE ministry has a team of trained mentors that offer mentoring to clients of Snohomish County LEAD [Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion] and to our Northlake family.
Mentors bring hope and support to men and women through safe, authentic relationship and compassionate biblical care. Peoples needs are very different. What is the same for everyone is the need for someone who is willing to invest time in their life, genuinely listen, be a friend though struggles and victories, and provide encouragement and guidance.
Will YOU be a mentor? Please consider finding out more about how you can serve others as a mentor.
Training and support is provided. Our next training in Thursday March 30.
