Week #20, May 28, 2023

We all likely have stories or friends with stories about being hurt in church. It is fashionable to even think that this is a relatively new phenomenon and that it is the selfish failings of the multiple leaders who have failed publicly that drive this. It can cause us to question if church causes more harm than good. This is exactly what Paul wants to talk to the Corinthians about and that we get to unpack this Sunday. I look forward to connecting more historical dots with our present circumstances and discovering how the truth changes how we participate as a church.
